While all Wayne Trail systems include operator and maintenance programs for plant personnel, sometimes regular staff turnover or project re-assignment can drain much of that expertise from your core operating team.

At Wayne Trail, we routinely offer customized training courses for existing customers, working together to define the topics of highest importance and presenting the training material one on one through the same engineers responsible for the equipment design itself.
