 SYSTEM UPGRADES
Are there additional options or features that you would like to add to your Wayne Trail system, or to a system originally supplied by others? Have your customer or end-user requirements changed? Have your specifications become more stringent?
Wayne Trail Technologies can add process monitoring/inspection and part tracking systems to existing, vintage Wayne Trail machines - or to systems originally built by others. A variety of additional modules or features can also be added, as well as source or power upgrades.
Do you have a new project that includes smaller or narrower parts? We can upgrade your existing Wayne Trail system to ‘2-out’ specification so that it can process two parts each cycle – effectively doubling the production rate!
If you have an older system, there may be design and performance updates available. Please contact us if you have specific upgrade requirements, or want to know how you can get more performance out of your existing machines.
