Wayne Trail’s approach to solving customer challenges requires technical leadership to constantly strive for innovative, cost effective solutions that apply to all our market segments. This leadership is driven by enhanced communications and continuous monitoring of progress - from initial concept through startup. This “cradle to grave” approach has been a cornerstone of Wayne Trail’s success for many years.
As more complex or critically demanding programs are being undertaken, we have found the need to apply a greater emphasis on project leadership and accordingly, have applied “Program Management” as a methodology to address that need.
With this function in place, Wayne Trail is staffed to provide integration management that our systems require and our customers demand. Program Management plays a vital role in staying abreast of current technologies in the market-place, as well as trends in customer requirements. Program Managers provide a common communication link between our customers, our engineering team and our key supplier base, to ensure that all goals are realized.
The Program Managers at Wayne Trail Technologies have over 70 years of combined engineering and manufacturing experience in the metal forming, metal processing and metal joining industries. All have the required background in engineering and project management, along with years of hands-on experience in the implementation of critical projects around the world.
Our Program Managers report to the Vice President of Operations, and can act quickly to implement whatever is needed to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall performance of our business. |
