At times, required tube production rates or program life cycles will dictate the procurement of a dedicated manufacturing system for a single part or family of parts. Wayne Trail can satisfy these demands. The same quality and innovation that is found in our Flexbending® system design is present in every dedicated tube manufacturing system we build.

In fact, many of the same modules used in our Flexbending® systems are also used in a dedicated solution. Pneumatic, hydraulic and servo driven transfers and a variety of bend head configurations can be supplied depending on requirements. The degree of automation is determined by the application, part volumes and of course, customer preference.
